RUBBER RESIN-BASED FLOOR PAINT
VKFLEX FLOOR PAINT is a rubber resin-based, single-component, and solvent-free liquid floor coating. Thanks to its specialized structure, it provides strong adhesion to the applied surface and features high abrasion resistance. In addition to its waterproofing properties, it is unaffected by seawater, diluted acids, UV rays, and mild chemicals.
The application surface must be free from dust, dirt, oil, and other foreign substances to ensure strong adhesion. Any loose substrates or deep cracks should be identified, and necessary repairs should be performed.
VKFLEX FLOOR PAINT is single-component and ready to use. Before use, add 1 liter of clean water and mix with a suitable stirrer for 4-5 minutes before proceeding with the application. It can be applied in 2 coats using a roller, brush, or spray equipment. The first coat should be applied thinly and worked into the surface. The waiting time between coats should be a minimum of 4 hours. The ambient temperature must be +5 °C or above during application. It is suitable for pedestrian traffic 24 hours after drying. Full resistance to vehicle traffic and mechanical-chemical resistance is achieved after 7 days. The surface must be protected from contact with water for 48 hours after application. Equipment can be cleaned with water immediately after use; once dried, cleaning must be done with solvent-based cleaners.
