HYBRID RESIN-BASED FLOOR PAINT
VKFLEX HYBRID FLOOR PAINT is a hybrid resin-based, single-component, and solvent-based liquid floor coating product. Thanks to special chemicals in its content, it provides strong adhesion to the applied surface and has high abrasion resistance. In this way, it shows high performance on floors exposed to heavy vehicle traffic. Its dirt-repellent and cleanable structure allows for the creation of hygienic environments. In addition to its waterproofing properties, it has high alkali resistance and excellent resistance to outdoor conditions. It is unaffected by UV rays and mild chemicals. Its fast-drying feature ensures that application areas are quickly opened for use.
The application surface must be free from dust, dirt, oil, and other foreign substances to ensure strong adhesion. The cleaning process should not be done with water. Any loose substrates and deep cracks should be identified and necessary repairs should be performed.
HYBRID FLOOR PAINT is a single-component product. Before use, it should be diluted with cellulosic thinner by 5% – 10% and mixed with a suitable low-speed mixer for 4 – 5 minutes, followed by application. Application can be done using a roller, brush, spray, etc. equipment. For the second coat application, the waiting time between coats should be a minimum of 3 – 4 hours. It is suitable for vehicle and pedestrian traffic 1 – 4 hours after drying. Drying times may vary according to ambient temperature and relative humidity.
