ACRYLIC-BASED CONCENTRATED PRIMER

Description

BINDERCOAT-7 is an acrylic resin-based, polymer-reinforced, ready-to-use primer material with high adhesion properties and water impermeability. Thanks to its high viscosity, it forms a thick film layer on the surface. It is specifically used before the application of water-based products. After cleaning and repairing the substrate, it is applied to horizontal and vertical surfaces to balance surface absorbency and increase adhesion strength before applying water-based coatings.

Application Instructions

Surface Preparation

The application surface must be free from substances such as dust, dirt, and oil, and must be dry and clean. Loose substrates should be identified and necessary repairs should be made. Necessary precautions must be taken against standing water.

Application Method

BINDERCOAT-7 Concentrated Primer should be mixed homogeneously for 4-5 minutes before application and diluted with clean water up to 5 times its volume. It should be applied in a single coat and thoroughly worked into the application surface. After the BINDERCOAT-7 primer application, the surface should be left to dry for a minimum of 4 hours.
