SINGLE-COMPONENT TRANSPARENT POLYURETHANE PRIMER
VKFLEX PU PRIMER 1K is a solvent-based, single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane-based transparent primer. It penetrates deeply into concrete and mineral surfaces to consolidate the substrate, balance absorbency, and create a high-adhesion base for subsequently applied polyurethane, acrylic, or bituminous systems.
The surface must be sound, clean, dry, and capable of bearing the load. Oil, grease, curing agents, paint residues, and loose particles must be removed. Weak surfaces must be mechanically prepared.
Mix the product until homogeneous. Apply in a single thin film layer using a roller, brush, or airless spray. A second coat may be applied on highly absorbent surfaces.
Ambient and surface temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C. Relative humidity: 40% – 80%. It should be applied at least 3 °C above the dew point.
