ELASTIC EXTERIOR WATERPROOFING PAINT
FLEXOPAINT is a new generation, water-based, and highly elastic exterior insulation paint that is breathable thanks to its vapor permeability. It features crack-bridging capabilities through its elastic structure and protects buildings and concrete against corrosion with its waterproof properties. Especially for seaside buildings or those exposed to high humidity and constant water, it prevents interior paint blistering while providing effective water insulation when applied from the exterior.
The application surface must be free from substances such as dust, dirt, and oil, and must be dry and clean. Loose substrates should be identified and necessary repairs should be made. Before proceeding with the FLEXOPAINT application, BINDERCOAT-7 Primer should be diluted with water at a 1/5 ratio (1 part BINDERCOAT-7 Primer, 5 parts water) and applied as a single coat with a consumption of 150 gr/m². The primed surface should be left to dry for 4 hours.
FLEXOPAINT is ready to use. Before use, 1.5 liters of clean water should be added slowly while mixing with a suitable mixer for 4-5 minutes, followed by application. FLEXOPAINT should be applied in 2 coats using a roller or brush in perpendicular layers. The waiting time between coats should be a minimum of 2-4 hours.
