VKFLEX NOWATER-300 is an elastomeric resin-based, single-component waterproofing coating with high adhesion strength to cementitious surfaces. Thanks to its enhanced UV resistance, it provides excellent water impermeability in areas directly exposed to sunlight, such as roofs and terraces.

VKFLEX NOWATER-300 is an elastomeric resin-based, single-component, and ready-to-use liquid waterproofing coating with high adhesion strength to cementitious surfaces. Due to its enhanced UV-resistant formula, it exhibits excellent water impermeability performance, especially in open areas constantly exposed to sunlight like roofs and terraces. It can be safely used in both new constructions and the restoration of existing structures.

Application Information

Surface Preparation

The application surface must be free from substances such as dust, dirt, and oil, and must be dry and clean. Loose substrates should be identified and necessary repairs should be made. Necessary precautions must be taken against standing water. Before proceeding with the NOWATER-300 application, VKFLEX BINDERCOAT-7 Primer should be diluted with water at a 1/5 ratio (1 part BINDERCOAT-7 Primer, 5 parts water) and applied as a single coat with a consumption of 150 gr/m². The primed surface should be left to dry for 4 hours.

Application Method

NOWATER-300 is ready to use. It should be mixed with a suitable mixer for 4-5 minutes before use, followed by application. NOWATER-300 should be applied in 2 coats using a roller or brush in perpendicular (cross) layers. The waiting time between coats should be a minimum of 2-4 hours.
