DESCRIPTION

FLEXPOLYMER-600 is a special last-generation pure acrylic-based insulation coating with innovative properties. It features a robust, glossy, UV-resistant, and ready-to-use structure with 600% elasticity. Thanks to its high UV resistance, it can be easily used as a waterproofing material for exterior facades. It can be safely applied on surfaces where polyurethane foam heat insulation is used, as well as on metal, sheet metal, aluminum, wood, gypsum, screed, concrete, and plastered surfaces. Its fast drying and easy application provide significant time and economic savings for the construction site.

Application Information

Surface Preparation

The application surface must be free from substances such as dust, dirt, and oil, and must be dry and clean. Loose substrates should be identified and necessary repairs should be made. Necessary precautions must be taken against standing water. Before proceeding with the FLEXPOLYMER-600 application, VKFLEX BINDERCOAT-7 Primer should be diluted with water at a 1/5 ratio (1 part BINDERCOAT-7 Primer, 5 parts water) and applied as a single coat with a consumption of 150 gr/m². The primed surface should be left to dry for 4 hours.

Application Method

FLEXPOLYMER-600 is ready to use. It should be mixed with a suitable mixer for 4-5 minutes before use, followed by application. FLEXPOLYMER-600 should be applied in 2 coats using a roller or brush in perpendicular layers. The waiting time between coats should be a minimum of 2-4 hours.
