SELF-LEVELING ACRYLIC-BASED FLOOR FILLER
VKFLEX AR-40 Acrylic-based Resurfacer is a self-leveling liquid coating material used in surface renewal and repair processes. It is generally applied to concrete, asphalt, and other hard surfaces to seal pores and obtain a smooth substrate. Designed to improve the appearance and performance of existing surfaces, this acrylic-based resurfacer offers a long-lasting solution thanks to its elasticity and durability. Application surfaces must be free from dust, dirt, oil, and other foreign substances and must be clean. Loose substrates should be identified and necessary repairs should be performed. Before proceeding with the VKFLEX AR-40 Acrylic Resurfacer application, VKFLEX BINDERCOAT-7 PRIMER must be applied to the floor and the surface should be left to dry for 3-4 hours.
VKFLEX AR-40 Acrylic Resurfacer consists of acrylic binder, fillers, and silica sand reinforcement. Before use, it should be mixed with a low-speed mixer for 4-5 minutes, followed by application. The application should be performed in the same direction on the floor using equipment such as a rubber-tipped squeegee, scraper, etc. The waiting time between coats should be 4-5 hours.
