DECORATIVE TRANSPARENT EPOXY CASTING RESIN
VKFLEX EPOXY DW-100 is a solvent-free, two-component epoxy-based interior coating material developed for concrete and metal surfaces in contact with potable water. Once cured, it creates a hard, smooth, and hygienic surface that does not affect the physical and chemical properties of the water.
The surface must be sound, dry, and clean. Dust, oil, dirt, and loose particles must be removed. Sandblasting or mechanical sanding is recommended for concrete surfaces if necessary. Rust must be completely removed from metal surfaces.
Components A and B are mixed at the specified ratio. Use a low-speed mixer until the mixture is homogeneous. It should be applied immediately after mixing.
It can be applied by roller, brush, or airless spray. The recommended number of coats is 2. The waiting time between coats is 12 – 24 hours.
