WATER-BASED MOISTURE PAINT
VKFLEX NEM-BLOK is a water-based moisture and dampness paint; it is an acrylic emulsion-based specialty paint that provides a permanent and definitive solution to moisture and dampness problems occurring on the interior walls of structures. It penetrates the surface to dry out moisture and dampness, preventing its recurrence. Thanks to its solvent-free and antibacterial structure, it allows for healthy, safe, and eco-friendly applications. Its fast-drying feature and odorless nature enable the application area to be ready for use within a few hours. It provides excellent adhesion to all kinds of surfaces, whether damp, painted, or unpainted. Its hydrophobic structure protects the applied surface from water and moisture for many years.
Before proceeding with the VKFLEX NEM-BLOK application, blackened areas and spots with paint blistering should be cleaned, and loose substrates should be reinforced with repair materials such as gypsum or plaster.
VKFLEX NEM-BLOK is solvent-free, odorless, and ready to use. After opening the product lid, it should be mixed for 2-3 minutes and applied to the surface in 2 coats using appropriate equipment such as brushes or rollers. After the first coat is applied, wait for 3-4 hours before applying the second coat. Once the application is finished, equipment (brushes, rollers, etc.) can be cleaned with water before they dry.
