ELASTOMERIC RESIN-BASED TOPCOAT PAINT
ROOF TILE PAINT is an elastomeric resin-based, matte-finish topcoat specifically developed for recoloring clay and concrete roof tiles and making them water-repellent. Thanks to its specialized structure, it is resistant to UV rays and external factors, provides strong adhesion to the applied surface, and features high coverage.
The surface to be treated with VKFLEX ROOF TILE PAINT must be free of dust, dirt, oil, and other foreign substances to ensure strong adhesion. Any loose substrates or deep cracks should be identified and necessary repairs should be carried out.
VKFLEX ROOF TILE PAINT is a single-component, water-based product. Before use; for roller and brush applications, dilute with 10% water; for airless spray systems, dilute with 20-25% water. Mix with a suitable stirrer for 4-5 minutes before application. Apply in 2 coats using a roller, brush, or spray equipment. The first coat should be applied thinly and worked into the surface. The waiting time between coats should be a minimum of 5 hours. Touch dry is reached in 1 hour, and dust-free dry in 2 hours. Full curing occurs after 24 hours. Application should not be performed in rainy weather.
